The FactSet Supply Chain Relationships dataset provides detailed, firm-level information on global buyer–supplier linkages. It identifies and classifies relationships among publicly listed companies worldwide based on company disclosures, regulatory filings, news, and other verified public sources.
The dataset includes variables such as:
- Identified buyer and supplier firm identifiers (FactSet Entity IDs)
- Relationship type (e.g., customer, supplier, distributor, partner)
- Relationship direction (who buys from whom)
- Source type and disclosure basis
- Start and end dates of relationships
