Description
MSCI Real Estate Global Intel provides geographic and property type breakdowns of key performance indicators of assets of private real estate investments. The database covers real estate assets from 32 countries with ca. 20 years of history on average. Data on these assets is collected directly from investors and compiled into indices and portfolios, segmented by geographical regions or property types. The Global Intel module consists of a granular dataset of more than 1,000 direct property indexes and 16 fund indexes tracking property type, location and asset-specific characteristics.
