Orbis M&A (formerly Zephyr) is a comprehensive database of deal information (M&A, IPO, private equity and venture capital deals), with pan-European transactions dating back to 1997 and US deals from 2001, including integrated links to detailed financial company information.
Orbis M&A provides sophisticated search and analysis options as well as a quick search format for fast answers to basic queries. You can identify deals, or advisors, by any combination of over 100 search criteria. You can also create your own league tables and alerts based on your chosen criteria. Additionally, Zephyr collects information on deals funded by business angels and seed funds from sources including EBAN - the European Business Angel Network.
The material is licensed for the use of Aalto University staff and students, who can also use the material remotely. Customers, who are not members of the University, can use the materials on the computers at the Aalto University Learning Centre.
