Securities Data Company (SDC) Platinum is a historical financial transactions database, providing transaction information on

The database has extensive global coverage, with more than 1.3 million global M&A transactions since the 1970s and more than 2 million bond, equity and loan issues. Transactions can be queried by defining a set of filter criteria. Detailed variables describing each transaction can then be exported in tabular form to Excel.
